In collaboration with @skinnycoffeeclub, I am bringing you guys an honest and unbiased review of the 28 days program! So if you have heard about SkinnyCoffeeClub, then you must have heard about what the 28 days program offers; the program offers "weight loss, increased metabolism, decrease hunger, increased motivation and energy, reduction of bloating, skin improvement, enhance stamina and fitness, and anti-aging" all without a laxative ingredient. WOW! So that's a lot that this little packet can do in 28 days! Keep reading on and I'll tell you what the results are for me.
THE COFFEE ITSELF: So the coffee contains: Green coffee beans, Green Coffee extract, Matcha, Ginseng, Spirulina, Wheatgreass and organic Brazilian Coffee. It is recommended that you drink 1 teaspoons worth of coffee a day, either use a French press or if you don't have one, you can use a tea strainer and leave it in there for 3-5 minutes, which is what I did. It is also recommended that you don't add any sweetener or milk to the coffee, but if you do, it should be a natural sweetener like Stevia or coconut and almond milk instead. I honestly DID NOT add any additional ingredient to the coffee except for ice and drank it plainly. The taste itself is okay, I enjoy a cup of black coffee here and there. It's not going to taste like your Columbian Dark Roast, but it's not horrible! I would give it a 6 on a 1 to 10 scale on taste.
WHAT YOU MUST DO: When you check out your 28 days packet of coffee. They will also email you a eating and exercising plan/ calendar along with the confirmation of your purchase, and it is highly recommended that you follow the eating plan. Also it is recommended that you drink the coffee first thing in the day for maximal results, and of course, continue being active (you didn't think you can lose weight by being a bedridden potato did you? LOL)

What I like about their eating and exercising plan is that they are both very detailed. Some of the recipes actually look amazing. HOWEVER, for an average working person, fulfilling all these tasks might be difficult. I am currently a college students, I currently have a full 8 hours of rotations a day and sometimes afterwards, I would head to a shoot or go to work at my regular job; with my busy schedule, it is very hard for me to adhere to the plans since I don't have time to work out or to cook food. Lastly, some of the ingredients are not cheap to buy, if you were or are a poor college student like I am, you would understand...eating healthy is EXPENSIVE! So if you can stick to this program and follow all the steps, then you will get MAXIMAL benefits, however I did not.
MY RESULTS: Out of all the benefits that Skinny Coffee Club boast to bring, there were only a few things that I actually experienced. I did feel like I had more energy and my metabolism increased a little. I was also less hungry and bloated as well. My skin pretty much stayed the same and there was no visible difference. Anti-aging?? How does one even measure that? Lastly, WEIGHT LOSS, my weight stayed mostly the same with no significant drop. Now this can just be because I didn't adhere to the eating/exercising plan...but then again, if you're an active person who eats right, then you should have all the benefits boasted above with or WITHOUT the help of the coffee.
FINAL THOUGHTS: I encourage you to do some research on the ingredients themselves and see what benefits those ingredients has to offer. None of the ingredients listed really help you with weight loss, and per FDA, they cannot guarantee weight loss but they must label their products with words such as "may help with..." Therefore, none of these is really scientifically proven to help with any of the above. The only way to help with weight loss is through proper diet and exercise people! And that is the harsh truth! If you guys have tried this out before, please do let me know what your experience was like, I would love to hear feedback from those who have actually followed the program to a T!
